Pilates grip socks are required for every session. Grip socks keep you safe on the reformer and the area clean for others. If you forget your socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.
Booking ahead is required for every session, no walk ins. Our free intro class is req. prior to booking group classes on the app. Online booking closes 1 hour before the start of class. You can book 30 days ahead of the current date (even if it’s past your billing date).
*Must be 16 or older to take class.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. If you arrive more that 5 min late, you will not be able to attend class and will be marked as a no show. Important for Safety.
Clients can attend 1 equipment class (Any workout class Involving the Tower, Reformer, Chair or Mixed equipment) and 1 extra class (Candlelight stretch, Mat or Yoga) per day. APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERSHIPS AND PUNCH PASSES.
To book your first class, simply sign up online or download the Symmetry Pilates app from the App Store. Create a login and register for our free Intro class to unlock access to booking all group classes.
Clients who book extra classes past their memberships/punch pass will be automatically charged for the class 24 hours prior to the start time via card on file to secure your spot. No refunds will be issued for no shows/late cancels. If your card cannot be charged, you will be automatically removed from the session.
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes and 12 hrs. for private sessions (nonrefundable price of session). All fees are automatically charged by our software up to 48 hours later.
Friendly reminder, we know that life happens, and things can come up last minute. However, this policy is essential for keeping our schedule flowing smoothly and making sure everyone has a fair chance to get into their desired classes and off the waitlist.
Our waiting list turns over quickly and is a necessary system to help you get into your desired classes. If you get off the waiting list, you will be automatically added into the session up until 1 hours prior to the start of class. If you cannot attend, respond to the message asap.
Please note: if you’re on the waitlist and get added in overnight, you’re still expected to attend since you’ve been added into that slot. So set your alarm, wake up, and check! If you no longer want the class, make sure to cancel before going to sleep.
With only 8 reformers, this step is crucial to making sure everyone gets a spot. Please remember, your teachers can’t assist with cancellations—so no need to text them! All group class cancellations should be made directly in the app. If you need help with billing info, text or call the Symmetry work phone, and we’ll get you sorted.
All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Auto-pays will pull on your billing date each month (the day you signed up). Minimum 3 mo commitment for all memberships. We have a 30 day cancellation policy for all memberships. All remaining autopays will still pull during those 30 days. Failed autopays must be reconciled before restarting at Symmetry. Please make sure you have opted into text and email reminders. These are crucial for our waitlist and reminder systems.
Waitlist Reminders: You’ll receive a text and/or email letting you know you got off the waitlist and into the class. Please plan accordingly if you need to cancel this reservation or take yourself off of other waitlist. We are not responsible if you are booked into too many classes and did not cancel the waitlist you’ll be charged the appropriate fees if you do not show up or late cancel.
Texting Reminders: You'll receive a text reminder 24 hours before class and a final nudge 45 minutes before class. Reply to the texts directly or call the studio—either way, we've got you covered!
In extenuating circumstances members may choose to suspend their membership for 1 to 3 months on their next billing date for an administrative fee of $10 . Credits may not be frozen mid month. After the three months is over, your membership will automatically resume and renew your membership for the contracted price at the time of your account freeze. Memberships may not be cancelled during a freeze period . Please contact us for this option to see if you qualify.
If a clients card is declined for an Autopay or late-cancel fee, the client will have 2 days to update the card. If the payment fails again, all future scheduled classes will be cancelled. After 5 failed attempts, your membership may be terminated. If you are under contract, unpaid bills may be sent to collections.
