Free Intro Reformer Class

Balance

Ready to level up your balance and core stability? We’ll use fun props, Reformer and/or the Wunda chair, to work those deep abs and keep you feeling strong and in control.

Booty Barre

Barre is a Ballet inspired workout that combines elements of Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training.  Focus on high reps with small ranges of movement and feel the BOOTY burn!

Booty Burn

Feel the BURN in this lower body focused reformer workout. This class mixes the foundations of Pilates with modern techniques to help you build strong glutes, lean inner thighs, and overall lift and tone. Get your HR pumping with this fun upbeat Reformer session!

Candlelight Reformer Stretch

Reconnect with your body through gentle movements and deep stretches on the reformer. Experience a calming atmosphere with candlelight, a dimly lit room, and soothing music. Foam rolling and trigger point techniques may also be incorporated for added relaxation.

Candlelight Tower Stretch

Reconnect with your body through gentle movements and deep stretches on the Tower. Experience a calming atmosphere with candlelight, a dimly lit room, and soothing music. Foam rolling and trigger point techniques may also be incorporated for added relaxation.

Cardio Reformer Jumpboard

Get your heart rate up with our fast-paced (yet low impact) Jumpboard workout. This dynamic class involves laying on the reformer with a cushioned landing board in place of the footbar. The Jumpboard is a fun way to target abs, glutes, and legs. This high intensity workout will keep you energized from start to finish!

Mat Pilates

Mat is the heart of Pilates. Tone up with this full body workout utilizing the mini ball, hand weights, or the Magic Circle. Connect to your deep core muscles and practice correct movement patterns. We recommend adding Mat to your weekly Pilates routine!

Mixed Equipment

Learn new Pilates skills on a variety of Equipment. Try the Wunda chair, jumpboard, reformer and more. Build lean muscle, a strong core and improve your overall balance.

Reformer Foundations

Build a solid foundation in Pilates to get the max benefit from the Reformer. In this class, you'll learn essential Pilates exercises and breathing techniques while focusing on proper alignment to help prevent injury. Reformer Flow

Flow through class with a mix of classical and modern Pilates exercises. Build a strong core, increase balance, and strengthen your muscles from head to toe! Learn correct body movements to support your spine and prevent injury.

Reformer Technique

Improve your Pilates technique on the Reformer. Dive into the details of each Pilates exercise and get a better understanding of the movements in your body. Learn which muscles are working to get the most out of your workouts.

Reformer/Tower Mix

A fast paced class using the Reformer and the Tower with no mat table. This class offers a variety of new moves that challenge your balance, strength and mind/muscle connection. Enjoy the benefits of both equipment pieces in one session!

Wunda Chair

The Pilates Wunda Chair, originally designed by Joseph Pilates, offers a dynamic way to challenge your body with functional exercises. This class blends seated and standing exercises, with a focus on engaging your core in every movement.
