SHERIDAN OWNER & INSTRUCTOR

Sheridan is a BASI-certified Pilates instructor with a degree in Exercise Science and a focus on injury recovery, athletic performance, and age-supportive movement. After using Pilates to heal her own injuries, she founded Symmetry Pilates in 2020 to offer a refined, educational approach to movement. With advanced training in anatomy and Pilates for athletes and aging, Sheridan helps clients feel stronger, aligned, and empowered at every stage of life.

KIRSTI PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Kirsti received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Lifetime Wellness from Brigham Young University Idaho. She is an Exercise Physiologist (ASCM-EP) and Certified Personal Trainer (ASCM-CPT). She has a personal passion for the mind-body connection. This motivation has led her to complete BASI Pilates comprehensive training, her Club Pilates certification, as well as Mat and Yoga certs. She has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 13 years and loved every minute.

LINDSAY PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Specialization and has been teaching Pilates since 2013. A lifelong dancer, she discovered Pilates while on the CSULB Dance Team and was instantly hooked. She went on to earn her B.S. in Health Science and teaching credential from CSULB, and spent three seasons as an LA Laker Girl. With extensive experience in both Reformer and Mat Pilates, Lindsay creates unique, challenging classes for all skill levels and loves sharing the joy of movement with her clients.

SEANNE PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Seanne has been practicing pilates since 2021, and her love of her practice led her to become a BASI certified instructor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and has a passion for helping individuals enhance their overall health and mobility. By creating personalized Pilates sessions, she empowers her clients to reach their fitness and life goals!

RILEY PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Riley has been using Pilates since 2021 as a tool to help manage her rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain. Her love for Pilates led her to become a Pilates instructor. Riley is comprehensively trained with BASI Pilates and has worked in a PT clinic for many years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion for those working to improve their health and mobility.

MEAGAN PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Meagan is passionate about adventure, travel and living an active lifestyle. She discovered Pilates after pregnancy left her with disc issues and lower back pain. After experiencing a full transformation, Meagan became a certified instructor. She is highly experienced in training all class levels and styles in Southern California. She is known for her upbeat energy, deep knowledge and loves helping others become their best.

KAREN PHYSICAL-THERAPIST/PILATES INSTRUCTOR

A Pilates specialist, Karen Schlegel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from San Diego, California, with 26+ years of experience treating injuries with a holistic approach. She has incorporated Pilates into her treatments for over 15 years to optimize movement patterns and speed up recovery.
