BASI Mat Program |  Mat Pilates Training

 

May 5th-7th, 2023: Module 1-3

May 19th-21st, 2023: Module 4-6

Program spans over 2 weekends *Each module is 4 hours

Mat is the heart of the Pilates method. In this program, you will learn the foundational movements that make Pilates so effective! Learn a variety of mat exercises, anatomy of movement, teaching clients with injuries and the confidence to lead a killer full body mat workout!
Cost: $1,375

BASI Foundation Program | *Includes the full Mat program and Beginner Equipment Pilates

May 5th-7th, 2023: Module 1-3

May 19th-21st, 2023: Module 4-6

Program spans over 2 weekends *Each module is 6 hours in length, plus 1 additional hour for a lunch break
Expand your training and certify in Mat and Equipment Pilates. Learn to teach on a variety of equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Chair and more. Gain the skills to instruct private sessions and group classes with precision, confidence and flow. This course is the best investment towards creating a profitable Pilates Career

BASI Graduate Program | Comprehensive Equipment Pilates Training. *Foundations is a pre-requisite to the Graduate program.

June 9th-11th, 2023

Modules 1-3
June 23rd-25th, 2023
Modules 4-6
• Each module is 6 hours in length, plus 1 additional hour for a lunch break
BASI graduate program is the second half to your comprehensive training program. Become a fully certified instructor on 8 pieces of Pilates equipment. Learn Intermediate/advanced exercises, teaching clients with injuries, improve your cues and get tips & tricks for Private and Group training. 
Cost: $2500
