Owner / Pilates Instructor
Sheridan comes from a background in Gymnastics and Dance. She has been in the world of fitness for most of her life. She got her start in the fitness industry as a Gymnastics coach and a personal trainer. When she discovered Pilates, she knew it was the perfect avenue for her. Sheridan was comprehensively trained through BASI Pilates in Newport Beach, CA. Pilates has healed her body and restored balance in her life. Sheridan has a passion for travel and experiencing new places. She studied Mediterranean diet and exercise in Florence, Italy, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Dixie State University. She has continuing education Pilates for athletes, Anatomy of the body and Pilates technique courses. Her goal is to help others feel their best and enjoy life to the fullest!
Brittany Herber has been in the world of health and fitness since 2012. Working at a physical therapy office for ten years helped her better understand the human body and the rehabilitation process. She became passionate about Pilates by witnessing first hand how much it helps restore and maintain a healthy body and spirit. She was trained through BASI Pilates and has been teaching since early 2015. Her drive to lead others toward a lifestyle of health and wellness lead her to explore other healing modalities. Brittany completed rigorous training in order to become a Reiki Master and earn certification as a guided meditation instructor.
Keri discovered Reformer Pilates as a way to relieve her chronic back pain and improve her range of motion. The first time she was on the Reformer, she knew it was something special. The mind-body-spirit connection that Pilates introduced has changed her life. She wanted to help others improve their quality of life by learning to teach the practice. Keri went on to become comprehensively trained at BASI Pilates in Newport Beach, CA. She has continued her education by certifying in pre/post natal Pilates and working with aging populations. She aims to make her classes a fun experience with an emphasis on proper movement patterns.
Melissa is a full-time professional yoga teacher trainer and has been teaching Yin Yoga for over twelve years, having studied with the founders of the practice, Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley and his senior assistant Joe Barnett, and Sarah Powers. She has spent the last six years traveling across the US, leading YACEP approved Yin Yoga teacher trainings; and the last five years leading a 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training program in Costa Mesa, CA before her move to St. George. She brings a weath of knowledge to her classes, sharing her deep passion and love of Yin.
