Owner & Pilates Instructor
Sheridan comes from a background in Gymnastics and Dance. She has been in the world of fitness for most of her life. She got her start in the fitness industry as a Gymnastics coach and a personal trainer. When she discovered Pilates, she knew it was the perfect avenue for her. Sheridan was comprehensively trained through BASI Pilates in Newport Beach, CA. Pilates has healed her body and restored balance in her life. Sheridan has a passion for travel and experiencing new places. She studied Mediterranean diet and exercise in Florence, Italy, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Dixie State University. Her goal is to help others feel their best and enjoy life to the fullest!

Melissa is a full-time professional yoga teacher trainer and has been teaching Yin Yoga for over twelve years, having studied with the founders of the practice, Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley and his senior assistant Joe Barnett, and Sarah Powers. She has spent the last six years traveling across the US, leading YACEP approved Yin Yoga teacher trainings; and the last five years leading a 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training program in Costa Mesa, CA before her move to St. George. She brings a weath of knowledge to her classes, sharing her deep passion and love of Yin.
