Sheridan St. Claire

Owner / Pilates Instructor

Sheridan comes from a background in Gymnastics and Dance. She has been in the world of fitness for most of her life. She got her start in the fitness industry as a Gymnastics coach and a personal trainer. When she discovered Pilates, she knew it was the perfect avenue for her. Sheridan was comprehensively trained through BASI Pilates in Newport Beach, CA. Pilates has healed her body and restored balance in her life. Sheridan has a passion for travel and experiencing new places. She studied Mediterranean diet and exercise in Florence, Italy, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Dixie State University. She has continuing education Pilates for athletes, Anatomy of the body and Pilates technique courses. Her goal is to help others feel their best and enjoy life to the fullest!

Brittany Herber

Pilates Instructor

Brittany Herber has been in the world of health and fitness since 2012. Working at a physical therapy office for ten years helped her better understand the human body and the rehabilitation process. She became passionate about Pilates by witnessing first hand how much it helps restore and maintain a healthy body and spirit. She was trained through BASI Pilates and has been teaching since early 2015. Her drive to lead others toward a lifestyle of health and wellness lead her to explore other healing modalities. Brittany completed rigorous training in order to become a Reiki Master and earn certification as a guided meditation instructor.

Riley Martin

Riley’s passion for pilates was sparked in 2021 when she saw the impact it had on the health of her joints and spine, especially as someone with rheumatoid arthritis and a history of chronic pain.
Riley is comprehensively trained as a BASI Pilates instructor and combined with her  experience working at a PT clinic, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion for those working to improve their health and mobility.
She is devoted to the power of creating a strong mind-body-spirit connection and is proud to help others on their journey towards holistic interconnectedness.

Kirsti Davis

Pilates Instructor

Kirsti received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Lifetime Wellness from Brigham Young University Idaho. Her Exercise Physiologist (ASCM-EP) and Certified Personal Trainer (ASCM-CPT) certifications are from the American College of Sports Medicine. She has a personal passion for the mind-body connection. This motivation has led her to complete the 500 Hour Comprehensive Pilates Program from Club Pilates, the Certified Mat Pilates from DK Body Balance and Yoga Certified through Yoga Fit. She has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 13 years and loved every minute.

Melissa Christensen

Yoga Instructor

Melissa is a full-time professional yoga teacher trainer and has been teaching Yin Yoga for over twelve years, having studied with the founders of the practice, Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley and his senior assistant Joe Barnett, and Sarah Powers. She has spent the last six years traveling across the US, leading YACEP approved Yin Yoga teacher trainings; and the last five years leading a 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training program in Costa Mesa, CA before her move to St. George. She brings a weath of knowledge to her classes, sharing her deep passion and love of Yin.

Karen Schlegel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from San Diego California with 26+ years of experience treating injuries with a holistic approach. She has incorporated Pilates into her treatments for over 15 years to optimize movement patterns and speed up recovery.
